How early should I arrive?
For the complete experience show up one hour prior to showtime. Cocktails and appetizers are available for purchase and you might even see some close-up magic. Many guests say this part of the evening is what makes the night extra special.
Are there any age restrictions?
There’s no offensive language in this show but it is not a kid’s show. We recommend it for children 12 and up. (If you have an exceptionally smart child that is younger than 12 and well behaved, feel free to bring them)
Is there a dress code?
No, we don’t have a dress code but we love our guests to dress in a festive fashion or at least business casual.
Can we all sit together?
Of course this makes for the best experience. We will do our best to accommodate your party. If you have purchased tickets under different names and would like to sit together please send us an e-mail with your request 24 hours prior to the performance.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Can I get a refund on unused tickets?
Yes! Pictures are allowed as long as you tag us online. Video is not allowed.
Can I take pictures during the performance?
